OM Kids Yoga - Starting January 7th, 2012! |

Wednesdays 3:30-4:30pm Children of this age group love stories, exploring their strength, games and songs, which serve an important function in developing imagination. We will be introducing the children to yoga, correcting alignment and aiding in the execution of poses while presenting one universal theme (courage, fear, strength) per class. Along with yoga drawing, acting and games will all be part of the curriculum. We follow the Petaluma City Schools calendar so we will break when school breaks (Thanksgiving, Winter Break, Spring Break). |

OM Teens - Beginning January 7th, 2012 |

Mondays 3:45-4:45pm This class will be a shortened version of an hour of power flow class. Kids will flow through an entire vinyasa class to rockin music from sun salutations to back bends and finishing off in a relaxing 5 minute savasana. This class will prepare them to walk into any yoga class anywhere. The setting will be safe, guided and filled with their peers They will need a water bottle, towel and yoga mat. Please note that this class will not be heated. |

Storytime Yoga for Moms & Tots Beginning January 7, 2012! |

Come and explore yoga with your child. We will focus on fun, games and stories for this age. It is a great opportunity for interactive time with your toddler. All classes will have a theme built in and appropriate for this great age. Pre-sign up is REQUIRED for this class. Excepting enrollment forms. October 1-15. Registration closes Saturday October 15th. Class is subject to cancellation if enrollment is too low. Please have your child bring a yoga mat, water bottle, open mind and positive attitude. Loose and comfortable clothing is recommended.
